You must contact HECAT, INC. and obtain a return authorization number before returning any unit to the manufacturer.

Professional Water Hammer

HECAT, INC. offers to the user of the HECAT “Professional” Pool System Flusher a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase and is offered only to the original purchaser. This lifetime warranty is limited to exclude the following “wearable” parts:

1. Rubber Tips (3).
2. Flushing Gun Assembly Seals.
3. Whip Hose Tubing.

Economy Water Hammer

HECAT, INC. offers to the user of the HECAT “Economy” Pool System Flusher a one year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and workmanship from the date of purchase and is offered only to the original purhcasher.
